Cole Fenhaus (Fayetteville ISD)

The Fayetteville Lions Boys Cross Country Team is moving on to the State Meet after their third place finish at the UIL Regional Meet in Corpus Christi on Monday.

Fayetteville finished behind Goodrich (1st place) and Nordheim (2nd place) for the top spot.

Individually, Cole Fenhaus (Sr.) finished third overall individually out of 148 runners. He had a time of 17:35.4

Kole Schmitt (So.) finished 19th overall Lawson Fritsch was 20th individually with a time of 19:30.58.

Rounding out the team were Mason Fenhaus (20:01.68), Keagan Supak (21:01.62), Emanuel Champs (24:37.79), and Colt Cox (25:05.78).

The Class 1A State UIL Meet is Friday, November 3, in Austin.
