CUBS SET PLAYOFF GAME WITH PORT NECHES GROVES
The Brenham Cub Football Team will face Port Neches Groves in the Bi-District Round of the playoffs on Friday, November 10, at 7pm at Indian Stadium in Port Neches.
The Cub are 5-5 on the season, and finished in fourth place in District 10-5A Division II, while the Indians are 9-1 on the season and are the champions of District 9-5A Division II.
Port Neches Groves eliminated Brenham from the playoffs last season with a 38-28 win at NRG Stadium in Houston.
KWHI will broadcast the game live beginning with the pregame at 6:30pm on KWHI 1280AM, 101.7FM, and KWHI.com.

I was born & raised in Brenham and live here now, i also lived in Groves for just under 4 yrs and then Beaumont for 4 years. I have a ton of friends in Groves & across the city limit in Port Neches. They love their teams and they do respect Brenham sports big time down there….be a ton of fun at Indian Stadium
