WASHINGTON COUNTY EXPO PUBLIC MEETING TO BE HELD THURSDAY

The public is encouraged to attend an open engagement session to chart a path ahead for the Washington County Expo.

The meeting is being held tomorrow (Thursday) night at 6pm at Expo Event Center.

Expo Director Harrison Williams told Washington County Commissioners back on November 7 that the meeting is for patrons and partners of the Expo to provide feedback as the facility undergoes a market plan and a feasibility study.

The county is working with Hunden Partners to examine the Expo’s amenities and see how they can be improved long-term to better accommodate guests and a wider range of events.

This open engagement session is expected to be one of several opportunities for the community to give input during the planning process.
