BURTON CHAMBER HOLDING HOLIDAY LIGHT CONTEST

  

Burton residents have just two weeks to get their homes and businesses ready for the Christmas Light Decorating Contest.

The contest, which is being sponsored by the Burton Chamber of Commerce, will be held on Saturday, December 9.

All residences and businesses inside the Burton city limits are invited to participate.

The winner will receive Burton bucks, and a yard sign to display for bragging rights.

Organizers do ask that everyone please leave the lights on at their property that evening until 9pm so that they can make sure everyone gets judged.

The winners will be announced at the Burton Short Stop Ice House after the judging is complete.

New this year, local residents can vote for the People’s Choice on the day of the contest from 4-7pm at Flown the Coop.
