CUBS AND CUBETTES COMPETE AT DISTRICT SWIM MEET

The Brenham High School Swim Team took part in the District 21-5A Swim Meet at Magnolia High School this past Friday.

The Cubs and Cubettes advanced to Regionals in two individual events and five relay events. 

Individually, Hunter Fleetwood finished 6^th in the 200-yard Individual Medley (2:18.02) and Brock Fleetwood finished 6^th in the 100-yard Butterfly (58.42). 

For the girls’ relay events, the Cubette Team of Marley Lonsert, Kaitlynne Allen, Madeline Pierce, and Madeline Zschech finished 4^th in the 200-yard Freestyle (1:58.11), and 5^th in the 200-yard Medley (2:15.97).

For the boys’ relay events, the Cub Team of Brock Fleetwood, Hunter Fleetwood, Alex Dallmeyer, and Kolten Pierce finished 4^th in the 200-yard Medley (1:51.92), and 4^th in the 400-yard Freestyle (3:43.41).

Meanwhile, the Cub Team of Brock Fleetwood, Hunter Fleetwood, Alex Dallmeyer, and Strider Lochiel finished 4^th in the 200-yard Freestyle (1:37.77). 

The Regional Swim Meet is going to be held February 9-10 at the Texas A&M Student Recreation Natatorium in College Station.
