SIGN-UPS OPEN FOR MAIN STREET BRENHAM’S SPRING EGGS ART WALK
Main Street Brenham will soon bring the spirit of spring to downtown Brenham.

Registration is open for the Spring Eggs Art Walk, which allows artists of all ages to decorate giant eggs and place them around downtown for the chance to win cash prizes.
Participants are divided into two categories: professional (ages 18 and older) and student (18 and under).
A $200 prize sponsored by Kieke Egg Farm will go to the Best of Show winner. There will also be $125 prizes in both age divisions for Most Creative, Most Votes, Judges’ Choice and Best Easter Theme.
Professional category sponsors are The Pomegranate, Hermann Furniture, Floyd’s Lounge, and The Haley Family. Student category sponsors are Doug Peck Studios, The Book Nook, Upchurch Architects, and Schleider Furniture & Mattress Co.
Entry forms are available at Brenham City Hall and online at https://cityofbrenham.org. They are due by Friday, March 1st.
Egg cut-outs can be picked up at city hall beginning Monday, March 4th. Completed eggs can be set up between Friday, March 15th and Tuesday, March 19th.
Voting will take place from Saturday, March 23rd to Saturday, April 13th. The winners will be announced on Thursday, April 18th.
