AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 15

  

The Austin County Grand Jury returned 15 indictments at its meeting last week.

33-year-old Dwight Anthony Lavan, indicted for Burglary of a Building.

19-year-old Hector Ayala Jr., for Theft of a Firearm.

18-year-old Adrian Moreno, for Criminal Mischief between $2,500 and $30,000. 

21-year-old Lucious Clarence Josey IV and 19-year-old Alexander Mata, both indicted on separate charges of Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.

41-year-old Kenneth Young, for Bail Jumping and Failure to Appear – Felony.

40-year-old Jerrill John Victorian and 31-year-old Ceselie Marie Williams, both indicted for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

33-year-old Nickalos Lamont Carter and 26-year-old Hunter Ryan Dernehl, both for Prohibited Substance/Item in a Correctional Facility.

51-year-old Ralph Daniel Alberico II, 46-year-old Luke Hardy, 42-year-old Albert Jason Pagel, 26-year-old Keaundre Trevon Stokes and 31-year-old Christopher Dwayne Taylor, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
