SIX PEOPLE PLEAD GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT
Six people plead guilty in District Court this week and were sentenced by Judge Reva Towslee Corbett.
Terrence Barnett, 35 of Brenham, had his probation adjudicated and sentenced to 7 years in prison for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. He was also ordered to pay a $960 fine.
Kameron Deshun Lee, 28 of Houston, was sentenced to 6 years in prison for Theft of Property between $30,000 and $150,000.
Cameron Mitchel Simon,33 of Giddings, had his probation revoked and was sentenced to 4 years in prison for Unlawful Possession Firearm by a Felon. He was also ordered to pay a $1500 fine.
Tracy McCullough, 49 of Brenham, had her probation adjudicated and sentenced to 374 days in state jail for making a Terroristic Threat Against a Peace Officer.
James Gregory Richardson, 31 of Lumberton, was sentence to 5 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
Amador Andres, 36 of Brenham, was sentenced to 10 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
