FOREVER SIMON & GARFUNKEL TO PERFORM SATURDAY AT THE BARNHILL CENTER

  

The Barnhill Center in Brenham will host a performance tomorrow (Saturday) from one of America’s most popular tribute bands.

Forever Simon and Garfunkel takes the stage at 7 p.m., showcasing the authentic harmonies, energy, charm and humor that propelled Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel to becoming one of the most well-known and best-selling music duos of all time. 

The Barnhill Center producer Sharon Brass says the performance, delivered by Sean Altman and Jack Skuller, is “a musical journey through some of the greatest American songs ever written.”

The show covers Simon and Garfunkel’s beginnings, their early folk music, their rise to stardom, and some of Paul Simon’s solo career.  It will feature hits such as “The Sound of Silence”, “Bridge Over Troubled Water”, “Mrs. Robinson” and “I Am a Rock”.

Altman and Skuller met on stage in 2010 and have toured since 2016 as The Everly Set, celebrating the hits of The Everly Brothers.  They formed Forever Simon and Garfunkel in 2020, and they now tour both shows internationally.
