SHELBY VFD HOLDING 66TH ANNUAL FUNDRAISER THIS SUNDAY
The Shelby Volunteer Fire Department is inviting the public out to their 66th Annual Fundraiser this Sunday.
The fundraiser is going to be held at the Harmonie Hall in Shelby. They are serving barbecue beef and pork plates with German potatoes, green beans, and barbecue sauce.
Plates are $15 each, and they can be Dine-In or To-Go. Serving will start that morning at 11am.
They are also selling barbecue by the pound at a cost of $15 per pound.
The meal will be followed by a live auction at 1pm, and a free dance featuring music by the Blue Denim Band.
Proceeds from the fundraiser go to help the Shelby Volunteer Fire Department purchase fire equipment and take part in the necessary training, which helps them to continue to protect and serve their neighbors and community.
