MOVIES IN THE PARK CANCELLED FOR FRIDAY DUE TO WEATHER
Update at 11 a.m.: Movies in the Park has been cancelled due to weather.
The City of Brenham opens its 15th season of free summer movies tonight (Friday).
The 2024 Movies in the Park series begins with a showing of “Shark Tale” at the Blue Bell Aquatic Center. Gates open at 8 p.m., and the movie will start at 8:30 p.m.
Guests must have a float in order to be in the pool during the movie.
The movie is sponsored by Strand Associates and Citizens State Bank.
Presenting sponsor for Movies in the Park is Brannon Industrial Group. KWHI and KTEX-106 are also sponsors.
The film series continues with “Under the Boardwalk” on Friday, June 21st at Hohlt Park and “The Little Mermaid” on Friday, August 2nd at the Aquatic Center.
