DOWNTOWN BRENHAM ALL SET FOR SUMMER SIP & ART WALK SATURDAY

  

Visitors to downtown Brenham tomorrow (Saturday) can expect refreshing drinks and vibrant art during Brenham Main Street’s annual “Summer Sip and Art Walk”.

Dozens of businesses and locations will offer a varied selection of summer drinks to beat the heat, as well as work from numerous artists and creators, from 3 to 7 p.m.

Brenham Main Street Manager Leigh Linden, speaking on the KWHI Community Corner, said the fundraiser helps to enhance downtown and support its many businesses.

Among the many drinks that will be served include sangria, margaritas, mojitos, palomas, hurricane punch and craft beer.

Guests will exchange their tickets tomorrow at the Washington County Courthouse gazebo starting at 2 p.m. for commemorative glasses and a map with all of the locations to visit. 

According to Linden, a total of 600 tickets were made available for the event.  Today (Friday) is the last day to purchase tickets from participating locations for $25 or online at https://downtownbrenham.com for $30.  A limited number of tickets will be sold at the event for $35.
