WASHINGTON CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE MAKES ARRESTS FOR INDECENT EXPOSURE, MARIJUANA POSSESSION WARRANT
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office reported two arrests on Thursday.
At 3 p.m., Deputy Matthew Presswood and Corporal Rosa Salinas conducted a warrant service in the 1700 block of Jackson League Circle. 27-year-old Joseph Isiah Limon of Brenham was arrested on a probation revocation warrant for Possession of Marijuana, issued by Washington County Court at Law. He was transported to the Washington County Jail for booking.
Shortly after 6:30 p.m., Corporal Luis Pizarro and Sergeant Ruth Belman responded to a suspicious person call in the 300 block of San Marcos Street in Burton. After speaking with witnesses, officers located the suspect in a store bathroom. The suspect, identified as 62-year-old Don Wayne Basey of Burton, was taken into custody and booked at the Washington County Jail for Indecent Exposure. He also received a Criminal Trespass warning.
