FIVE SENTENCED IN 21ST DISTRICT COURT
Five people pleaded guilty and were sentenced this week in 21st District Court before Judge J.D. Langley.
25-year-old Anthony Maurice Green Jr. of Brenham, sentenced to 5 years in prison for Assault of a Family Member with Previous Conviction, a third degree felony enhanced to a second degree felony.
31-year-old Pedro Bello Calixto of Brenham, sentenced to 91 days in the Washington County Jail for Injury to a Child, a state jail felony. Calixto is listed to have an immigration hold.
46-year-old Lesley Ann Svrcek of Weimar, sentenced to 8 years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 4-200 Grams, a second degree felony. Svrcek will also have to pay a $500 fine, perform 100 hours of community service and complete a drug offender education program.
45-year-old Kyle Aaron Rosenbaum of Brenham, sentenced to 6 years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 4-200 Grams, a second degree felony. Rosenbaum was also fined $1,500 and ordered to complete 100 hours of community service and a drug offender education program.
29-year-old Osha Latray Solomon of Temple, sentenced to 3 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, Less Than a Gram, a state jail felony. Solomon must also pay a $500 fine, perform 100 hours of community service and complete a drug offender education program.
