BRENHAM POLICE MAKE ARRESTS SATURDAY FOR TERRORISTIC THREAT, WARRANTS
The Brenham Police Department reports the arrest of two people on Saturday, one on a charge of Terroristic Threat and another for multiple warrants.
At 5:15 a.m., officers responded to the 200 block of High Street in reference to a verbal disturbance. Investigation revealed that a subject, 27-year-old William Anthony Gray of Brenham, allegedly threatened physical harm. Gray was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was booked for Terroristic Threat.
Shortly before 8 a.m., officers initiated a traffic stop near the 200 block of South Blue Bell Road. Police say their investigation revealed that the driver, 44-year-old Darlene Graves of Brenham, had three active warrants out of Washington County. The warrants were for Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport; Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 1-4 Grams; and Animal at Large. Graves was taken to the Washington County Jail.
