LADY PANTHERS DEFEAT SCHULENBURG 3-0

The Burton Lady Panther Volleyball Team avenged a previous loss to Schulenburg by sweeping them in three straight sets last (Friday) night.

Schulenburg beat Burton back on August 15 at the Columbus Tournament. However, this time, the match would belong to the Lady Panthers.

Burton took the opening set 25-19, the second set 25-22, and the third set 25-14.

For the Lady Panthers, it marked their fourth win in a row, and they have now won 13 of their last 14 matches. They also improved their overall record to 24-7 on the season.

Next up, Burton will play host to the Brazos Valley Christian Home Educators Association on Tuesday evening. The JV begin things at 5pm, followed by the Varsity afterwards.
