14 SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Fourteen people pleaded guilty and were sentenced this week in 21st and 335th District Court before Judge Reva Towslee Corbett.

37-year-old Joshua Jeremiah Cloud of Brenham, sentenced to 8 years in prison on each of three counts of Burglary of a Habitation, a second degree felony.  The sentences will run concurrently.

22-year-old Mia Nicole Simmons of Brenham, probation adjudicated and sentenced to 7 years in prison for Aggravated Assault of a Date, Family or Household Member with a Weapon, a first degree felony.

33-year-old Courtney Shanique Williams of Brenham, probation revoked and sentenced to 7 years in prison for Burglary of a Habitation, a second degree felony.

24-year-old Fabian Parker Willis of Houston, probation adjudicated and sentenced to 4 years in prison for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle, a third degree felony.  Willis was also sentenced to 598 days in state jail for two counts of Theft of Property $2,500 - $30,000, a state jail felony.

23-year-old Lionel Salgado Jr. of Mission, probation adjudicated and sentenced to 2 years in prison for Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle, a third degree felony. 

41-year-old Eduardo Jaime Agueros of Cedar Creek, sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More, a third degree felony.  Agueros was also ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $100 to the EMS trauma fund, spend 23 days in the Washington County Jail as a condition of probation, perform 100 hours of community service, and complete a DWI education program and a “Recovery Unplugged” program. 

25-year-old Dominic Peterson of Austin, sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, 1-4 Grams, both third degree felonies.  Peterson was also fined $470 and ordered to perform 200 hours of community service.  In addition, he must complete a drug offender education program and an intermediate sanction facility substance abuse cognitive treatment track program.

38-year-old Richard Earl Ray Jr. of Caldwell, sentenced to 6 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Deadly Conduct – Discharge of a Firearm, a third degree felony.  Ray must also pay a $1,000 fine, perform 150 hours of community service and maintain no contact with the victims in the case. 

20-year-old Jackson Oliver Heath of Brenham, sentenced to 3 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Burglary of a Building, a state jail felony.  Heath must also pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.

23-year-old Ashly Faith Lopez-Rodriguez of San Antonio, sentenced to 3 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information Less Than 5 Items, a state jail felony.  Lopez-Rodriguez will also have to pay $497 in restitution and perform 100 hours of community service. 

33-year-old Chelsea Noelle May of Brenham, sentenced to 3 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Abandoning/Endangering a Child, a state jail felony.  May was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service. 

22-year-old Aaliyah LaDiamond Pennygraph of Houston, sentenced to 3 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information Less Than 5 Items, a state jail felony.  Pennygraph will also have to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.

36-year-old Taquisha Renee Williams of Brenham, sentenced to 3 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Credit/Debit Card Abuse, a state jail felony.  Williams was also fined $500 and must complete 100 hours of community service. 

47-year-old Johnathan Wagner of Chappell Hill, sentenced to 15 months’ probation for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Under 15 Years of Age, a Class A misdemeanor.  Wagner was also ordered to pay a $4,000 fine and $100 to the EMS trauma fund, perform 40 hours of community service, complete a DWI education program and attend a victim impact panel.
