WANTED FUGITIVE ARRESTED IN WALLER COUNTY

  

A wanted fugitive was arrested on Monday during an operation conducted by the Austin County Regional Special Response Team.

The operation, which was the result of an investigation by the Westside Narcotics Task Force, led to the arrest of 39-year-old John Henry Kennedy Jr. at a residence in Pattison.

Kennedy had three active felony warrants for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1.

He was also charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and a Parole Violation.

In addition to that, officers took 65-year-old Sherlynn Perrow into custody on a charge of Interference with Public Duties.

Both Kennedy and Perrow were taken to the Waller County Jail in Hempstead without incident.

The Waller County Sheriff’s Office and the Austin County Special Investigations Unit also participated in the operation.
