BRENHAM NATIONAL BANK HONORED WITH STATE AWARD
The Independent Bankers Association of Texas recently honored Brenham National Bank with a Best of Community Banking Award.
Brenham National Bank received the Bronze Eagle Award for its “Rooted in Texas, Built for Tomorrow: Brenham National Bank Expands in College Station” architectural design entry.
Brenham National Bank, which has served Central Texas since 1933, expanded its footprint in the Brazos Valley with the opening of its new Caprock branch in College Station.
The 3,414-square-foot branch at 4466 State Highway 6 South blended Texas heritage with modern design, creating a space that reflected both tradition and progress.
This second College Station location, which joined the bank’s branch at 2470 Earl Rudder Freeway South, brought added convenience for customers in the region.
Offering a full suite of personal, commercial, and digital services, the branch made banking easier than ever with tools like Snap Deposit for mobile check deposits and OpenAnywhere for online account opening.
The bank continues to hold a 5-Star “Superior” rating from Bauer Financial, underscoring its financial strength and long-standing commitment to exceptional service.
2025 marks the 34th year that IBAT has celebrated the outstanding accomplishments of Texas community banks with the BOCB Awards.
The BOCB Awards recognize community banks throughout the state for their innovation, creativity, and success in fulfilling a specific community or internal need.
