CUBETTE VOLLEYBALL FALLS TO COLLEGE STATION IN THREE SETS
The Brenham Cubette Volleyball Team dropped their second district match in a row on Tuesday night as they fell to the College Station Lady Cougars.
The Lady Cougars swept the match in three straight sets: 25-15, 25-13, and 25-13.
For Brenham, Antyiahna Lang led the offense with nine kills. Brinley Benson dished out ten assists and had eight digs.
On defense, Zoe Zwerneman had nine digs, while Logan Hayslip chipped in with eight digs.
The Cubettes have dropped to 22-16, overall and are 2-6 in district.
Next up, Brenham is scheduled for a bye from district competition, but they have elected to stay busy. They will travel to Iola on Friday for a 4pm match.
