BLINN VOLLEYBALL AND MEN’S SOCCER CONTINUE TO CLIMB IN THE POLLS

The Blinn Buccaneer Volleyball Team and the Blinn Buccaneer Men's Soccer Team continue their incredible seasons, and the voters in the NJCAA Polls are taking notice.

The Buccaneer Volleyball Team has climbed up to #7 in the latest NJCAA poll. Blinn is 33-1 on the season after conference wins last week over Tyler, Lee, and Panola. They are also on a season high 17-match winning streak. The Bucs are a half game behind Trinity Valley for first place in the Region XIV Conference. Trinity Valley is the only team that has beaten Blinn this season. They are playing each other tonight (Tuesday) at 6pm in Athens. If the Bucs win, they'll go in front by a half game.

The Buccaneer Men's Soccer Team has climbed to #9 in the latest NJCAA Poll. It is the first time in program history that they have cracked the top ten. The Bucs are 10-2-1 on the season after wins last week over Texas Southmost and Angelina. Blinn has won their last five matches in a row, three of which were over ranked teams (two wins over Coastal Bend and a win over Angelina). They have a non-conference match against Hill this (Tuesday) afternoon.
