The ministry has announced a $30,000 donation to its Christmas Hope Fund Drive from the Appelt Family Foundation.
Ministry representatives say the grant will help provide support, comfort and Christmas blessings to children fighting cancer and the families walking beside them.
The contribution will be used to assist families with urgent needs such as travel, meals, lodging and household expenses, as well as Christmas gifts for children receiving treatment.
The ministry says the support from the Appelt Family Foundation “helps ensure these families feel seen and cared for during one of the hardest seasons of their lives.”
