CITY OF BRENHAM BEGINS WORK ON LOESCH STREET ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENTS
The City of Brenham has started work on an overhead line upgrade project on Loesch Street.
The city says the project, contracted to Techline, LLC, will replace the primary electrical conductor and poles along Loesch Street, from its dead end to Tom Green Street.
Customers will be notified a day in advance of any scheduled power outages.
Construction began on Tuesday and is occurring between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Work zones and traffic control will be in place where construction is taking place.
City staff and contractors will work with residents for access to and from their homes throughout the process. The city asks for patience with work crews and zones.
Anyone with questions or concerns can contact the City of Brenham Public Utilities Department at 979-337-7400.
