BRENHAM POLICE SEIZE ‘SUBSTANTIAL QUANTITY’ OF NARCOTICS; ONE ARRESTED
A search warrant operation led by Brenham police this (Tuesday) morning led to the seizure of narcotics and the arrest of a Brenham man.
At 6:45 a.m., the Brenham Police Crime Reduction Unit executed a narcotics-related search warrant at a residence in the 3000 block of FM 389.
Police say the search warrant was the result of an ongoing narcotics investigation that identified 58-year-old Dale Scott Boeker as a suspected distributor of methamphetamine.
While executing the warrant, investigators reported locating a “substantial quantity” of methamphetamine, cocaine, various illegal prescription narcotic medications and 12 firearms inside the residence.
Boeker was taken into custody earlier in the day, around 12:15 a.m., by patrol officers on an active arrest warrant for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 4-200 Grams, a first degree felony.
Brenham police say their investigation is still ongoing, and that they intend to file additional charges pending further review and analysis of evidence.
