BRENHAM POLICE SERVE WARRANT FOR SPEEDING, MAKE ARREST FOR NO DRIVER’S LICENSE AFTER CRASH
Brenham police on Thursday served a traffic warrant and made an arrest following an accident.
At 6:45 a.m., Officer Rosa Salinas responded to the Washington County Jail, 1206 Old Independence Road, to serve an active warrant out of Washington County. The warrant was served on 33-year-old Diondrick Deshawn Thomas of Brenham for Speeding 10 Percent or More Above the Posted Limit. Thomas remained in the custody of the county jail.
Around 8:15 a.m., Officer Navone Gurley responded to a crash in the 100 block of North Chappell Hill Street. Police report that no injuries were sustained in the crash. 23-year-old Jorge Adalberto Ramos Guifarro of Brenham was arrested for No Driver’s License and taken to the Washington County Jail.
