TIN NAMED PET OF THE WEEK
The Brenham Pet Adoption Center has named Tin as its Pet of the Week.
Tin is a 1-year-old domestic shorthair who is the longest-staying feral cat out of seven in need of a job. Brenham Animal Services says he has been at the shelter for 9 weeks and describes him as “the spiciest of them all”.
Staff members at the shelter say Tin and the other feral cats are low-maintenance, offer natural pest control, and help to keep unwanted cats off of the property.
Tin is neutered, microchipped and ear-tipped. His adoption fee is waived.
Brenham Animal Services is observing National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day on April 30th, but is celebrating all month long with $30 adoptions.
Anyone who would like to adopt or foster a cat or dog can find the full list of animals available at https://petfinder.com. To make an appointment to meet a pet, call 979-337-7351 or go to the Brenham Animal Services Facebook page.
