BURTON CITY COUNCIL CANDIDATE FORUM TUESDAY
The City of Burton is hosting a forum for the city council candidates running in the June 13th runoff election.
The forum will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd at 5:30 p.m. at the White Horse Tavern in Burton.
All four candidates in the runoff, including Tommie Gilmon and Sheila Ripple for Position #2 and Macey Tidwell and Berneake Gantt for Position #5, are being invited to attend.
The runoff was ordered after the candidates tied in their respective races in the May 2nd election. Early voting for the runoff will take place June 1-5 and June 8-9.
Candidates will have the opportunity to answer questions submitted by those in attendance and questions sent to info@kwhi.com.
