GRAND OPENING FOR BRENHAM FIRE STATION NO. 2 SET FOR JUNE 5
Less than a week remains before the Brenham Fire Department’s new fire station officially opens for service.
A grand opening ceremony and ribbon cutting for Station No. 2, located at 3007 James Nutt Boulevard, will be held on Friday, June 5th at 10:30 a.m.
Construction on the new station began in March 2025, with the design calling for an approximately 10,000-square-foot facility with three apparatus bays, living quarters for six personnel, an exercise room, training classroom and associated support spaces.
After the ceremony, visitors of all ages can take part in an open house to explore the station and meet firefighters. A light lunch will be served.
