BRENHAM PD ARRESTS ONE FOR ASSAULT & UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT, FOUR FOR FIGHTING

  

Five people were arrested over the weekend by the Brenham Police Department.

Around 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Officer Rosa Salinas and K9 Sergeant Jimmy Ha responded to the 500 block of West Third Street in reference to a disturbance.  Investigation revealed an altercation had occurred.  Police took 18-year-old Ricardo Flores of Chappell Hill into custody for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member and Unlawful Restraint.

A few minutes past midnight on Sunday, Officer Navone Gurley and Officer Darrell Nunn Jr. responded to a physical disturbance in the 300 block of South Baylor Street.  After investigation, 36-year-old Amber Leann Peters of Brenham, 39-year-old Brandon O’Neil Lang of Brenham, 35-year-old Benito Martinez Estrada of Houston and 25-year-old Tanner James Hart of Waller were all arrested and booked into the Washington County Jail for Disorderly Conduct – Fighting.
