TEXAS ANTIQUE TRACTOR SHOW AND PULL JANUARY 17-18 IN HALLETTSVILLE
The Texas Antique Tractor Show and Pull gets underway later this month in Hallettsville.
Events begin Friday, January 17th at the Wilbur Baber Memorial Complex in Hallettsville, located at the corner of FM 957 and County Road 200.
Registration starts at 3 p.m., with doors opening at 5 p.m. and the “Straight Out of the Field” Exhibition Pull from 6 to 10 p.m. The floor of the arena will be packed with displays of antique and classic farm machinery, tractors, stationary engines, and other equipment. There will also be a variety of vendors.
Activities continue on Saturday, January 18th with a new truck and tractor swap meet. Doors open Saturday morning at 8 a.m., with the competition pull beginning at 10 a.m. At 1 p.m., a tractor parade will go down the main track, featuring restored tractors and equipment. The popular Kiddie Pedal Tractor Pull will follow at 3 p.m.
Admission is $12 for those 13 and older, and $10 for those over 65. Proceeds benefit the Hallettsville American Legion Post #230.
