AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 18

  

Eighteen suspects were indicted during the latest meeting of the Austin County Grand Jury.

Among those indicted were 38-year-old Christopher Kenneth Anarino, charged with Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000, offense occurring September 8, 2018.

Also indicted were:

30-year-old Garrette Lekelth Nunn, for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle from July 25th.

24-year-old Gavin O’Neal Porter and 23-year-old Jesus Ventura-Hernandez, both charged with Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.  Offenses occurred July 9th for Ventura-Hernandez and August 19th for Porter.

55-year-old Anthony Wade Moore, for Theft of Property over $2,500 with Two or More Previous Convictions, from March 2nd.

31-year-old James King, III and 27-year-old Matthew Jake Talamantez, both for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.  Offenses occurred June 7th for Talamantez and June 13th for King.

27-year-old Joseph Lee Cummings, Jr., for Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse from August 21st.

33-year-old Lawrence Edwards and 59-year-old John Jackson, both for Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance.  Jackson’s offense occurred March 8th, while Edwards’ occurred May 12th.

42-year-old David Camacho, 32-year-old Lakesia Malone, 42-year-old Amanda Nichole Modrak, 56-year-old Robert L. Montgomery, 46-year-old Angela Beatrice Pickard, 52-year-old Laura Jean Ross, 27-year-old Joseph Dean Tesar, and 31-year-old Everett Anthony Williams, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
