CAMP FOR ALL’S PODESZWA JOINS SPECIAL NEEDS CAMP IN ROCKPORT

The director for Camp For All in Burton has taken a new position at a special needs camp in Rockport.
Kurt Podeszwa became the new president of Camp Aranzazu on Monday. He has been the camp director at Camp For All, a barrier-free camp for children and adults of all needs, for 16 years.
Podeszwa says it was very difficult for him to move on from Camp For All, but is excited about his new role.
Podeszwa has served on the American Camp Association (ACA) National Board and currently serves on the ACA’s National Standards Commission. In 2020, he received the ACA’s National Service Award.
Podeszwa says he will always be grateful for the support given to Camp For All by the Washington County community.
Podeszwa invites anyone who wonders what Camp For All or Camp Aranzazu are or what they do to see for themselves.
Podeszwa plans to regularly come back to Washington County to be a “tourist,” enjoying local eateries and events.
