152ND SCHUTZENFEST SEPT. 15 IN ROUND TOP
The Round Top Rifle Association is getting ready for the 152nd celebration of Schützenfest.
The German festival will be held on Sunday, September 15th at the Round Top Rifle Hall, with doors opening at 3 p.m.
The Round Top Brass Band will provide entertainment starting at 4 p.m. That will be followed at 5 p.m. by the tapping of the ceremonial keg and the crowning of the 2024 Schützenkönig, or “Shooting King”.
Gary Kunkel and Friends will perform for a free dance from 5:30 to 8 p.m. A chicken fried steak meal will be served at 6 p.m.
