NAVASOTA THEATRE ALLIANCE TO PRESENT “INSPECTING CAROL”
For two weeks in December, the Navasota Theatre Alliance will be presenting the play “Inspecting Carol.”
The play is written by Daniel Sullivan and the Seattle Repertory Theatre and is under the direction of Mark Taylor.
“Inspecting Carol” is described as “A Christmas Carol” meets “The Government Inspector” meets “Noises Off.”
The story involves a man who asks to audition at a small theater, and he gets mistaken for an informer for the National Endowment for the Arts. Everyone caters to the bewildered wannabe actor, and he is given a role in the current production, “A Christmas Carol.” Everything goes wrong, and hilarity is piled upon hilarity.
Showtimes are December 12-13 at 7pm, December 14-15 at 2pm, December 19-21 at 7pm, and December 22 at 2pm.
Tickets are available online at www.navasotatheatre.org.
