WASHINGTON CO. LADIES LIONS CLUB PRESENTS $5,000 DONATIONS TO TEXAS LIONS CAMP, BREAD PARTNERS
The Washington County Ladies Lions Club made donations totaling $10,000 during its monthly meeting on Monday.
Checks for $5,000 were presented to Texas Lions Camp and Bread Partners of Washington County.
Texas Lions Camp, located in Kerrville, provides a camp experience for children with physical disabilities and special needs.
Bread Partners operates food pantries in collaboration with the Brazos Valley Food Bank, ensuring local families in need have access to food and essential services.
Accepting the donations were Vance Elliott, Texas Lions Camp Director and Past District Governor Lion, and club members who volunteer at Bread Partners.
