AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 16

  

The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned indictments on 16 suspects.

18-year-old Ty’Jamian Young-Lewis, indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

43-year-old William Joseph Mills Jr., for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More.

29-year-old Oscar Franco Jr., for Assault of a Family/Household Member with Previous Conviction.

17-year-old Eric Anthony Tijerina, for Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle and two counts of Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair.

39-year-old Joseph Todd Naquin, for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Under 15 Years of Age.

37-year-old Emilio Yain Pozo Padron, for Unlawful Use of a Criminal Instrument.

51-year-old Victor Manuel Alcala, for Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair.

27-year-old Marcos Gilberto Alcala, 38-year-old Merced Moises Chavez-Avila, 35-year-old Justin Anthony Dimas, 41-year-old James Anthony Garcia, 27-year-old Damarkis Warren Johnson, 33-year-old Yshell Menana Lewis, 22-year-old Juan David Mendoza, 31-year-old David Ulloa-Cruz and 58-year-old Forrest Bruce Watson, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
