ONE PERSON SENTENCED FRIDAY IN 21ST DISTRICT COURT
One person was sentenced to probation on Friday in 21st District Court before Judge John Winkelmann.
47-year-old Nicholas Termaine Graves of Brenham originally pleaded guilty on January 16th to Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 4-200 Grams, a second degree felony.
After a hearing, the court sentenced Graves to 10 years’ deferred adjudication probation. He was also ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, perform 200 hours of community service and complete a drug offender education program.
