WASHINGTON CO. FAIR JUNIOR LIVESTOCK AUCTION FRIDAY
Today (Friday) is the day of the 157th Washington County Fair’s Junior Livestock Auction.
Hundreds of lots will fill Barn #1 at the Washington County Expo for the sale, which begins at 1 p.m. KWHI will have a live broadcast starting around 12:45 p.m. on AM 1280, FM 101.7 and kwhi.com.
Also today is the commercial pen heifer show at 7 a.m., along with the carnival, mutton bustin’ and rodeo this evening.
Today is Honor Our Veterans Day. Veterans with proper ID will receive half price daytime gate admission.
Entertainment tonight will open with the Cameron Sacky Band at 8:30 p.m., followed by Randall King at 10:30 p.m.
KWHI will have live reports from the fair today from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., as well as the broadcast of the auction after the noon newscast. KTEX-106 will have reports from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.
