NAVASOTA THEATRE ALLIANCE TO PRESENT ‘A TUNA CHRISTMAS’ DEC. 5-21

The Navasota Theatre Alliance is getting ready for its yearly Christmastime production.

This year, the theatre will present “A Tuna Christmas”, with performances scheduled for three weekends between December 5-21.

“A Tuna Christmas” is a sequel to “Greater Tuna” and takes place during the holidays in the third-smallest town in Texas.

Radio station OKKK news personalities Thurston Wheelis and Arles Struvie report on various Yuletide activities, including the hot competition in the annual lawn display contest.  Elsewhere, voracious Joe Bob Lipsey’s production of “A Christmas Carol” is jeopardized by unpaid electric bills.  Many colorful Tuna denizens join in the holiday fun.

Showtimes are at 7 p.m., with 2 p.m. matinee shows on Saturday, December 13th and all Sundays.
