MOORMAN TATE LLP NAMES NEW LEGAL PARTNER

  

Moorman Tate LLP of Brenham has announced that Bart C. Frederick is the firm’s newest legal partner.

Frederick has worked as an associate for the firm since 2021, where he focuses on civil litigation.

He was recently named to the 2025 Texas “Rising Stars” list by Super Lawyers in the field of estate and trust litigation.

Frederick speaks to attorneys at continuing legal education seminars on various matters related to estate administration and litigation, and has served as Vice President of the Washington County Bar Association.

He graduated cum laude with a juris doctorate from Baylor University School of Law.

Frederick and his wife Abby moved back to Frederick’s hometown of Brenham in 2021, and have three young daughters.

He is a member of Champion Fellowship Church, serves on the board of directors of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, and most recently coached his four-year-old daughter’s soccer team.
