WASHINGTON CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 19

  

Nineteen indictments were returned during this week’s session of the Washington County Grand Jury.  Only the names of those who have been arrested can be released:

60-year-old Darrell Darnell Hardman of Brenham, indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

35-year-old Hugo David Montelongo of Lufkin, for two counts of Burglary of a Habitation. 

68-year-old David Wayne Shires of Houston, for Forgery $30,000 - $150,000.

39-year-old Shayla Denin Hoskins of Bryan and 63-year-old Timothy James Smith of Bellville, both indicted for Assault of a Family Member Impeding Breath/Circulation.

43-year-old Angelica Gamboa of Brenham, for Violation of a Protective Order Two or More Times within 12 Months.

33-year-old Shawndreka Faye Barnes of Brenham, for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger.

40-year-old Christopher Jamal Smith of Brenham and 28-year-old Darius Alexander Toliver of Brenham, both for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

42-year-old Brandon Lynn Weige of Columbus, for Possession of Marijuana.
