CUB BAND MEMBERS PLACE 4TH AT INDIANAPOLIS CHAMPIONSHIP

  

Two Brenham Cub Band members have placed fourth in the Drum Corps International Open Class Championships held in Indianapolis.

Cub Band alumna, Allyson Jenkins, and current Cub Band member Cameron Daake marched with the Genesis Drum and Bugle Corps this summer. In the Championships held at the end of the session on August 9th, Jenkins and Daake placed 4th in the competition as part of the Genesis Corps.

Each year, more than 8,000 students audition for the Drum Corps International and fewer than 3,500 positions are awarded in top-tier DCI member corps.
