MINOR FIRE DAMAGE AT LOCAL RESTAURANT
Minor damage is reported after the Brenham Fire Department was called out to a local restaurant, Wednesday evening.
Just after 6:00 p.m., was dispatched to 1600 North Park Street for a report of a structure fire.
Upon arrival, nothing was showing from the exterior of the building.
According to employees, there was a small fire in the back of the building that they extinguished before BFD units arrived.
The employees had removed hot coals and set them by the back fence causing the fence to catch fire. No other damage was done to the building.
