BRENHAM TEEN ARRESTED FOR HARBORING RUNAWAY
A Brenham man was arrested on Wednesday, charged with Harboring a Runaway.
On Wednesday, around 9pm, Sgt. Curtiss Schoen responded to the 800 block of Sixth St. in reference to a 14-year old juvenile runaway possibly being at a residence there.
Schoen met with the male subject with whom the runaway was supposed to be, but was told the juvenile wasn’t there.
Approximately an hour later, he received a call from the male subject’s mother, who informed him that the juvenile was at the residence.
The juvenile was released to her parents, and male subject, seventeen- year old Eric Daniel Martinez, was arrested and charged with Harboring a Runaway.
