HERITAGE SOCIETY OF WASHINGTON COUNTY SPRING GALA THIS SATURDAY

  

The Heritage Society of Washington County is holding their Spring Gala this Saturday at the Giddings Stone Mansion.

This festive evening includes cocktails, dinner and dancing to the music of the Black Cat Choir. The Senior Heritage Belles will also be presented to Heritage Society members.

The Heritage Society of Washington County is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation of historical buildings and artifacts, and to promoting education and interest in Washington County. Established in 1970, the Society owns and operates three historic properties: the 1898 Ross Carroll Bennett House, the 1843 Giddings Wilkin House Museum and the 1870 Giddings Stone Mansion.

Traci Pyle, with the Heritage Society, says they will holding live and silent auctions to benefit the work the society does:
