WASHINGTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS CANVASS VOTE DURING WEDESDAY MEETING
The Washington County Commissioners will canvass the votes from February 17th election for state representative in House District 13 when they meet on Wednesday, February 25th.
The commissioners are meeting on Wednesday due to some of the commissioners attending Washington County Day at the state capitol in Austin on Tuesday.
There will also be a discussion of an approval to submit a request to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts for Washington County’s portion of funds due to unclaimed capital credits received by the Comptroller from electric cooperatives.
The commissioners will also nominate a candidate to fill a vacancy on the Washington County Appraisal. District Board of Directors.
Also to be presented will be the 2013-2014 financial audit of the Washington County Appraisal District by Seidel, Schroeder, and Company.
A Cooperative Working Agreement between the Brazos County Rape Crisis Center, Inc. and Washington County will be up for discussion.
An Election Services Contract between Washington County and Burton ISD will be discussed.

Washington County Fairgrounds Management
