EIGHT PLEAD GUILTY IN 21ST JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT

  

Eight persons plead guilty to felony offenses and received terms ranging from probation to prison terms in the 21st Judicial District Court, according to Julie Renken, District Attorney.

Twenty-three year old Darris Boone, of Richmond, plead guilty to jumping bail and Failure to Appear from January 15, 2015. He was sentenced to four years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and ordered to pay court cost.

Boone also plead guilty to Credit Card Abuse/Elderly from January 30, 2014 and was sentenced to three years in the TDCJ and ordered to pay court cost.

Forty-three year old Michele Gonzales of Del Valle, plead guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance from August 14, 2012. Her Probation was adjudicated and she was sentenced to 12 months in the TDCJ, ordered to pay a $1500 fine, court cost, $140 lab fee, court appointed attorney fee, and a $50 Crime Stopper fee.

Twenty-three year old Ryan Langolf, from Willis, plead guilty to Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle from February 5, 2014 and was sentenced to 91 days in the Washington County jail and ordered to pay court cost.

Forty-year old James Charles Daniels, of Brenham, plead guilty to Organized Retail Theft $1,500-$20,000 from June 16, 2014, and was sentenced to six years deferred adjudication probation, court cost, court-appointed attorney fee, 240 hours of community service hours, provide DNA sample and urinalysis, pay a $50 Crime Stoppers fee, and have drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment.

Twenty-two year old Courtney Williams of Brenham, plead guilty to Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon causing Serious Bodily Injury to Family Member from November 29, 2014,l and was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation, $1,000 fine, court cost, court-appointed attorney fee, 150 hours community service hours, provide DNA sample and urinalysis, $50 Crime Stoppers fee, Batterers Intervention, and have no contact with the victim in this case.

Sixty-year old George Dennis Green of Fayetteville, plead guilty to Tampering with Physical Evidence from January 3, 2014, and was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication probation, ordered to pay court cost, court-appointed attorney fee, 160 hours of community service, provide DNA and urinalysis sample, and pay a $50 Crime Stoppers fee.

Twenty Five year old Cassandra Lynn Rosas of Brenham plead guilty of Endangering a Child from November 7, 2014, and was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication probation, $750 fine, court cost, court-appointed attorney fee, 100 hours of community service hours, provide DNA and urinalysis sample, $50 Crime Stoppers fee, Batterers Intervention, must follow Child Protective Service provisions, $100 donation to Women’s Shelter, successfully complete Focusing Family parenting classes.

Twenty five year old Cebrina Midkiff of Brenham had her probation adjudicated and was sentenced to 8 months in the State Jail Division for a June 2013 Endangering a Child Offense.  She is also ordered to pay a $750 fine, and court and attorney fees.

Midkiff also plead guilty to three counts of Forgery from November 21, 2014 and November 24, 2014 and was sentenced to eight months in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, ordered to pay court cost, $4487.92 restitution, and a $510 Hot Check fee.
