COMMUNITY CORNER TO FEATURE CHAPPELL HILL CULTURAL HERITAGE GROUP

  

KWHI’s Community Corner segment will feature Madelyn O’Brien, the executive director of the Chappell Hill Cultural Heritage Group (CHCHG).

The CHCHG is a group dedicated to providing an understanding and appreciation for all aspects of history in Chappell Hill.  The organization has been honoring America's Veterans every Memorial Day in Chappell Hill since 2009. They also organize an annual student essay contest in conjunction with the event, for student’s grades 5-8.

O’Brien will be speaking to Craig Montana about the organization as well as their Memorial Day event.
