BRENHAM FIREFIGHTERS CALLED TO GAS LEAK, AUTO ACCIDENT, THURSDAY

  

The Brenham Fire Department was called out to a home on Moonbeam Court for gas in the home.

According to the Department, they received the call just after 6:00.  At the home, they found a gas stove that had been accidentally left on.

The department ventilated the home and the Brenham Gas Department checked all other gas connections.

Firefighters were also called out just before 8:30 last (Thursday) night to an accident at West Blue Bell Road and Highway 36 North.

The department found fluids leaking from the vehicles involved in the two-car crash.

The department used dry absorbent on the spill and clears the scene.
