AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS TEN

  

The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned indictments on ten suspects.

Austin County District Clerk Sue Murphy released the following names:

Cesar Carlos Urbina, 36, on charges of Indecency with a Child / Sexual Contact, occurring May 12^th.

Stephen Delossantos, 46, for Assault of Family or Household Member, Impeding Breath or Circulation, on October 27^th.

Jose Franscisco Torres, 46, charged with Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000, offense occurring March 29^th.

Adam Ashley Bonner, 35, charged with Stalking, occurring October 22^nd.

Marco Antonio Monarca, Jr., 20, and Gary Louis Kimich, 26, both charged with Burglary of a Building, offenses occurring September 4^th and October 25^th, respectively.

Ross Anthony Mata, 32, for Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, from May 17^th.

Jason Maurice Beeman, 33, for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, from October 24^th.

Pablo Alejandro Cruz, 32, and Michael Jermaine Williams, 45, each charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
